Desert driving is FUN!!!!!!!!

At risk of looking and sounding like a Land Rover advert, I think that I will let the pictures speak for themselves.  We spent a couple of hours playing with our new toy in the sand and boy, was it fun!  We let the tyres down, selected 'sand mode' and set off up the hills.  This time, no problem at all.  Not quite sure what happened last time, but this time all was well.  Unfortunately, some of the pictures don't quite do the angles justice, so assume that the slopes were far more scary because they were!

More ice skating this afternoon, but that paled into insignificance.  Forgot to say that we removed our wasp nest from outside the bedroom window yesterday... not a pleasant experience, although it was a rather fine piece of engineering.  The wasps here are bright yellow and rather large.  Pretty, but rather large.  Don't like them!

We went to 'our' Indian tonight.  Slightly disconcerted to find new table cloths and no normal waiter, but he arrived a bit later.  Phew!  Managed to order right amount of food this time, success!  We were quite chuffed not to be given cutlery - hopefully a sign that we ordered correctly and may have lost the label of 'strange English people'.
